Chelsea is proud to be a part of the inaugural graduating class of Coretta Scott King Young Women’s leadership Academy High School (CSK). She will represent as the school’s first ever salutatorian.
CSK is a single gender school for girls that opened in 2007 with sixth-grade students. They will now celebrate their inaugural graduating class during a joint ceremony with B.E.S.T. Academy, a single gender school for boys, on May 23 at 6 p.m.
Chelsea attributes her academic success to the solid foundation she received at Greenforest Christian Academy and the instructional knowledge provided by the staff at CSK.
She is grateful for the guidance and continuous support she receives from her parents, family and youth pastor.
Chelsea has received acceptance letters from Hampton University, Alabama A&M University, the University of Virginia, Howard University, and the University of Georgia. Her career goal is to become a Patent Attorney.
