Michael Williams is B.E.S.T. Academy’s Inaugural Salutatorian

Michael Williams is a modest and quiet young man who has always placed great value in the proverb “Silence is golden.”

A member of the first graduating class of B.E.S.T. Academy High School, Michael will represent as the school’s first ever salutatorian.

B.E.S.T. Academy is a single gender school for boys that opened in 2007 with 6th grade students. They will now celebrate their inaugural graduating class during a joint ceremony with Coretta Scott King Young Women’s Leadership Academy, a single gender school for girls, on May 23 at 6 p.m.

He attributes his success to family support and intrinsic motivation. During his four years at B.E.S.T. he has forged strong relationships with his peers and his educators.

Michael has received acceptance letters from numerous colleges and universities, including Howard University and Ohio State University.                        After earning his degree in business administration, Michael plans to become an entrepreneur.
