When a young student named Matthew Harris first crossed paths with Dr. Natasha Rachell, his life changed for the better. Years later, Matthew reconnected with Dr. Rachell as APS employees, both serving students in their own unique way.
Because of educators like Dr. Rachell, a student can graduate believing in the promise of a future. Because of officers like Sergeant Harris our students know that they are safe, secure, and seen.
