Project Grad Participant Cheynna K. Roberson is Valedictorian at South Atlanta High School of Health & Medical Sciences

Throughout high school Cheynna has consistently been an extraordinary and versatile student with a passion for math. She attributes her love for math to her family and the dedicated staff at South Atlanta School of Health and Medical Sciences. Cheynna often served as a peer tutor for students experiencing difficulty in math. She enjoys giving back to her community and participating in community service activities through the National Honor Society, the National Beta Club and Project GRAD (Graduation Really Achieves Dreams).

Cheynna learned many lessons during high school, the most important being to always remain focused and to aim for her ultimate goal. She plans to add these lessons to her arsenal of life-long lessons as she embarks on a new path at Tuskegee University.

She plans to major in Nursing at Tuskegee University.

Her career goal is to become a Nurse Anesthetist.
