Thomasville Heights is determined to make sure that every student is ready for the start of the 2013-2014 school year.
With the help of Exalt Integrated Technology, every student at Thomasville Heights Elementary has received a brand new book bag filled with supplies. The staff started issuing bags and supplies during the school’s open house, where parents and students came to meet their new teachers. In addition, local barbers donated their time and expertise by giving students free haircuts on the day of open house.
“I believe that sometimes when you look good, you feel good. And look at our wonderful students…they look great!” says 3rd grade teacher, Ms. Jones.
Teachers are prepared, pumped and ready to go! With the schools new makeover sponsored by NEA and continuous academic improvements, Thomasville Heights is still supporting their motto “A New Year, A New Attitude, A New Thomasville.”
