Students, staff and parents returning to Finch Elementary School on December 7 were greeted by the Chick-fil-A cow mascot, who was outfitted in pajamas and a night cap and ready for the early morning, surprise appearance.
Thanks to the responsiveness of our community partners and volunteers at Chick-fil-A, Krispy Kreme and Cathedral of Faith Church of God in Christ, our students were welcomed by smiling faces, breakfast sandwiches, donuts and balloons.
Board members Byron Amos (vice chair) and Courtney English helped to mark the return of students and staff to their school.
