A ‘Men’s Night Out” event is scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, May 12, 2011 at B.E.S.T. Academy, 1890 Donald L. Hollowell Pkwy, NW, Atlanta 30318. The event, which includes dinner, is intended to inform men about the numerous opportunities available to them to mentor, tutor and support male APS students. The theme of the evening is “We Dream a World…Supporting Our Children’s Academic Success.” Inspiring speeches and entertaining musical selections are included in the program, along with dinner.
