The Atlanta Wolfpack has qualified to compete in the AAASP State Wheelchair Basketball Championship at noon Friday (March 12) at the Gwinnett Arena (6400 Sugarloaf Parkway, Duluth, 30096). The championship game will be held in conjunction with the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) State Basketball Championship. The game will be taped and broadcast by Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB). The game will air at 9:30 a. m. Saturday (March 13) on Channel 8. We would like to invite the Atlanta Public School family to support our athletes on this momentous event. The Wolfpack’s winning-streak stats: State Wheelchair Basketball Champions in 2006, 2008, and 2009; finished 2009-10 season undefeated; scored 54 points in one game; and setting team record for the most points.
