The 2008 fair was held at the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta and provided free sports physicals, free health screenings for youth and their parents, fitness workouts throughout the day, and health-education workshops. Kids ages 6-18 participated; the fair served 500 Project Success students, their parents and residents in the surrounding community.

This year’s fair takes place at school’s new location 1890 Donald Lee Hollowell Pkwy.. In addition to free health, dental and vision screenings, the fair will include prizes, giveaways and fitness workshops for Project Success students, B.E.S.T. Academy students and their parents.  The 2009 Fitness For Life Family Fair sponsors include Aetna, State Farm Insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, Atlanta Spirit, Atlanta Braves and the Atlanta Hawks.
