Atlanta Public Schools proudly celebrated its 2024 summer graduates with pomp and circumstance at the Georgia World Congress Center on July 25,2024.
The 68 graduates, who spent the summer completing the final requirements they needed to graduate, were cheered on by proud family and friends as they got their chance to walk across the stage and accept their diplomas.
“The students were excited for themselves,” Benjamin E. Mays High School graduation coach Tanika Mangham said. “I knew they were going to make it. They called and texted me, and we worked to make it happen. I’m so proud of them.”
As APS graduates, they join the vast network of alumni who have gone on to do great things for their community, Atlanta, the country, and the world. Congratulations to the Class of 2024!
