Dr. Natasha Rachell, APS Director of Instructional Technology, said she is excited about this year’s competition adding that “the relationships we establish through our event could lead to thriving career opportunities for our students” anticipating this year’s competition will be the best yet.
Students in grades 3-12 can work individually or with a partner to develop and present work at their school’s Tech Tourney, where they will compete for the top spots to advance to the district level.
Winners from the district competition will represent Atlanta Public Schools at the Georgia Student Technology Competition (GaSTC), the highest level of student technology competition in the state.
