APS Student Wins 2015 Water Essay Contest

Inman Middle School student Bianca Weber was among the handful of students who were honored at the Georgia State Capitol for their essays in the 2015 Water Essay Contest, sponsored by the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District.

The Water Essay Contest is one of the many initiatives conducted by the Metro Water District to raise awareness for conservation efforts and the preservation of water quality in metro Atlanta. Over time, this essay contest has allowed middle school students to think critically about water and the region’s water sources.
