During her time at South Atlanta High School of Law and Social Justice, Jayla Palmer was exposed to numerous opportunities that prepared her for her post-secondary education. She says the constant support and motivation she received from of her family, friends, teachers and counselors fueled her overall success. The last four years have motivated Jayla to become a more ambitious, hardworking and dedicated scholar. She plans to pursue a career in law, so that she can positively impact her community. Jayla believes the strong foundation on which she has built her education will prepare her for this. Jayla plans to major in English & Psychology at Emory University. Her career goal is to become a Federal Court Circuit Judge.
