Principal Profile: APS Welcomes Tiauna Crooms to Brown Middle School

This year students and staff at Brown Middle School are under the leadership of a new principal, Ms. Tiauna Crooms. Ms. Crooms is no stranger to APS as she served as principal Washington High School’s former senior academy. During her time at Washington, the senior academy boasted the highest number of Millennium Gates Scholars that year. Ms. Crooms also served as the Interim Principal at Carver School of Technology.

Ms. Crooms wants to ensure that her students are adequately prepared socially and academically for high school. She truly enjoys to see students learn and participating in engaging instruction.
