ETHICS COMMISSION MEETING NOTICE Friday January 11, 2013 According to Section 3-106 © (3), Charter. The Ethics Commission of the Atlanta Board of Education will convene to continue the investigation on an alleged ethics violation by a Board Chair Reuben McDaniel.* According Section 3-106 of the Atlanta Public Schools charter; the meeting will be convened in public and the investigation discussion will take place in closed session.
