Special Legislative Board Meeting Notice – Atlanta Board of Education

SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE BOARD MEETING NOTICE

On Monday October 22, 2012 at 3:00 pm, the Atlanta Board of Education will convene a Special Legislative Meeting.
The Board is convening this meeting for purpose of entering into an executive session to discuss or deliberate upon the appointment, employment, compensation, hiring, disciplinary action or dismissal, or periodic evaluation or rating of a public officer or employee or to interview applicants for the position of superintendent; (O.C.G.A. § 50 14 3(b)(2)).*

*The Board may take action on ANY item that has been discussed in executive session. Said action will occur in a public setting.
