Long Middle School’s Organic Garden Program Celebrates Global Youth Service Day

This Saturday, April 21st from 10 am until 2 pm, Crawford W. Long Middle School is celebrating Global Youth Service Day by expanding their organic garden.

Volunteers can help build additional raised beds and plant seeds in their Woolly Pocket vertical garden, courtesy of Plastics Make it Possible.  The public is encouraged to bring building and gardening tools to help make this event successful.
