The Atlanta Partners for Education will host the 2011 Business-School Partnership Awards Luncheon at Philips Georgia Pacific - One of several generous APS business partners Arena on Monday, October 24th, from noon to 1:30 p.m. Atlanta Partners For Education (APFE), a joint venture between the Metro Atlanta Chamber and Atlanta Public Schools, continues to grow and create opportunities for community involvement aimed at improving academic achievement in our schools. The Atlanta Partners For Education program has been revamped and improved with a supporting web portal, that will make partnering with Atlanta Public Schools easier and more meaningful than ever. Mayor Kasim Reed, Chair Brenda Muhammad, Superintendent Erroll Davis and State School Superintendent John Barge will participate on the program.
