2. Approval of Resolution 11/12 – 0108:
AUTHORIZING AN ADDENDUM TO THE CONTRACT WITH THE CENTER FOR THE REFORM OF SCHOOL SYSTEMS (CRSS) AND BROCK, CLAY, CALHOUN AND ROGERS, LLC. JV. TO PROVIDE GOVERNANCE EXPERT SERVICES TO THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION
