ATLANTA, GA. – Parents, Teachers, Community Leaders, Clergy, and Business will come together to rally support for our Students, Teachers, Administrators, Staff, Superintendent and School Board in Centennial Olympic Park, Thursday, August 4, 2011 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. The start of a new school year provides a phenomenal opportunity to create an atmosphere of promise, growth, progress and hope. The Atlanta Council of PTA’s supports all of APS’ great teachers, students, parents and staff. Thursday’s rally allows the entire community to cheer about all that is good in the city’s school district.
