The students at Peyton Forest Elementary were treated to a fine dining experience on Nov. 11. Desmond Fannin, executive chef for Sodexo and former Peyton Forest student, started the fine-dining program during the 2009-10 school year. Also, the students had a class about the mechanics of fine dining prior to this magnificent experience.
