We continue our coverage of the second-annual Middle School and High School Summer Academy for the Arts and Sciences this week at the Woodruff Arts Center with an interview with Young Middle School orchestra leader Robert Jeffrey and one of his star students, rising eighth-grader Robin Smith. A trombonist, Smith recently earned all-state honors for her age division, and hopes to continue to develop her skills in this afternoon class, held across the street at the 14th Street Playhouse.
