Gideons Elementary Junior Beta Club members win big at state convention

Gideons Elementary School‘s Junior Beta Club members were winners at the State Junior Beta Club Convention on Nov. 19-20 in Macon. Jasmaine Tinsley placed first in essay and third in scrapbook design; Geliyah Donaldson, second in watercolors; Hikema Hussien, third in cross-stitch; and Khayree Hasan, fifth in speech. The club received four invitations to attend the national convention in Louisville, Ky., in June 2010.

I am proud of my self. I would like to thank Mr.Banks and Ms.Dobbs. Without them i wouldnt have made it. Thank god for being able to have such a bright mind .I am proud of myself and you too Beta club .
