Carver student puts his safe driving into award-winning words

by talkupaps

Orane Douglas, a student at The New Schools at Carver, was the winner of the National Teen Driver Safety Awareness Essay Contest. He received $300 for being the first-place prize winner. After providing this acknowledgement, State Farm invited Douglas to the state capitol to have his picture taken with Georgia Gov. Sonny Perdue for his outstanding accomplishment. State Farm was so impressed with Douglas that they mentioned offering him an internship during his sophomore year of college!

Congratulations, Orane Douglas and Carver!

Much appreciated work done by the genius Orane Douglas of the New Schools in Carver. Its a great achievement to be a winner is public awareness programs such as these, he has described his safe form of driving which has made him the winner, the younger generation should be like him when it comes to Driving, its always important to be a safe driver. Orane Douglas has always been linked with the term Genius! He was a student of the New Schools in Carver. He was the winner of the national teen safety awareness essay contest in driving. He was awarded $300 for winning first prize in it. The state farm then invited Douglas to the capitol and a picture was taken of him along with Georgia Gov Sonny Perdue. What an incredible achievement! Isn’t it?

Congratulations Orane. As a substitute teacher who has worked at Carver often, I , too, am very impressed with you. I am particularly impressed with how you present yourself, in addition to your academic achievements.

I hope you remember the conversations we have had concerning your college plans. Best of luck to you. I am sure that you re going to make us all proud.
