Chef Ann Cooper, aka “Renegade Lunch Lady,” has transformed school lunch programs in California and Colorado, and aims to make healthy school lunch accessible to everyone. Chef Ann’s commitment to healthy, fresh food drove her to work with school administrators, politicians and parents to guarantee that wholesome food choices are available to kids today and kids tomorrow. On Monday, Sept. 14, Chef Ann will appear at “School Lunch Revolution,” co-hosted by Morningside Elementary School and Whole Foods Market.
