Orane Douglas, a student at The New Schools at Carver, was the winner of the National Teen Driver Safety Awareness Essay Contest. He received $300 for being the first-place prize winner. After providing this acknowledgement, State Farm invited Douglas to the state capitol to have his picture taken with Georgia Gov. Sonny Perdue for his outstanding accomplishment. […]
